Asian Beauty:Uruka.K | Truck driver arrested over pile-up that killed 7 Brazilians

A truck driver who triggered a seven-vehicle accident that killed seven Brazilians on the Meishin Expressway was arrested on Monday, police said.
Hitoshi Kiyota, 52, an employee of the Kumamoto Prefecture-based Shinseiki Butsuryu transportation company, is accused of professional negligence resulting in death.
"I wasn't paying close attention to the traffic conditions because I felt sleepy and was operating the car radio," he was quoted as telling investigators.
Takehiro Matsuzaki, 39, the driver of another truck involved in the accident, was earlier arrested.
Kiyota rammed his truck into the rear of a van on a west-bound lane of the Meishin Expressway in Hikone at around 5 a.m. on Sunday, causing the vehicle to roll over, investigators said. The truck driven by Matsuzaki then crashed into the van. It developed into a seven-car collision.
Seven Brazilian men in the van died from massive injuries they sustained to their bodies.
Prefectural police took Kiyota into custody after concluding that he triggered the deadly accident.
